The Moroccan Association of Endo-Urology (AMEU) is an apolitical association that has a scientific and a social purpose. It was created in June 2012, at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Casablanca with the involvement of nationally and internationally recognized specialists in medicine like Professor Claude Abbou, former Chief of Urology in Creteil, Paris.

It is managed by Moroccan and international urologists in addition to trainee urologists.

The association foundation was a real added value for the development of urology in Morocco. The AMEU plays an important role in scientific field. By being up to date about the evolution of all practices of urology in the world, the AMEU is the leader in innovation of new technics and their introduction in our country.

The association has organized several discussions and conferences, in addition to its annual international meeting that will be held in February 2016 in its fourth edition, the association was also able to organize international congresses mainly the « 24th World Congress of Videourology » and the « 3rd Annual Conference of the Mediterranean & Golf Urological Forum « .

Concerning social and community activities, AMEU frequently organizes medical and surgical caravans that benefit to poor people, offering them quality care with the use of endoscopy equipment that is bought by the association. In parallel, the association has organized awareness campaigns about organ donation, prevention of urolithiasis and sexually transmitted diseases.

Thanks the to great effort of its active members that the AMEU was able to have a privileged place among the serves as a leader and a model for other associations.
